汪文斌补充称，同时我们也依然要强调，综合来看，中国仍然是一个发展中国家，这既有着坚实国情的事实依据，也有着坚实的国际法基础。中国作为发展中国家的权利是任何国家都不应当剥夺的。同时，我们也随着自身国力的发展，积极为推动人类进步事业，为推动全球发展做出我们越来越大的贡献。
