去年10月，四川崇州一小区大型犬咬伤女童，事发时的视频画面显示，一只未拴绳的黑狗反复扑咬女童。11月，犬只伤童事件再次发生，湖南省邵阳市城步苗族自治县丹口镇的10岁男童被阿拉斯加犬咬伤。12月，江西吉安一网友发视频称儿子被狗咬伤，脸部缝了90多针。除了儿童，行动缓慢的老人也容易在躲避被狗追逐时受伤。
