2023年8月，四川省高级人民法院终审判决，听花酒业构成不正当竞争，分别赔付贵州茅台30万元、泸州老窖20万元。对此，听花酒业表示服从判决。除贵州茅台、泸州老窖外，听花酒业还须向另外77家酒企道歉。
